He gave me a detailed estimate, and a start date. When he began the demolition, he brought a large crew. For every phase: demolition, reframing, insulation installation, the necessary wiring, installation of fixtures, drywall, painting, and refinishing the fireplace and the hardwood floors, he had an appropriate crew for the work.  He discussed each phase with me.
