He went well above and beyond.  It does take him a little longer to get back to you on the phone, it might take him a few days because it is only him. You have to wait a couple of days for him to get back to you but once he does he is on it."

"Experience was great, Andre came by and provided a clear estimate of the work to be done and what materials I would need to provide. The price was less then I received from two other contractors who did not have the positive reviews like Andre. We scheduled the work for the following week, he and his helper showed up on time and did call about 20 mins prior to say they were on the way. They got right to work, put down drop cloths, moved the washer/dryer out of the way and started ripping up the old tile. About 5 hours later the tile was installed, area cleaned up, and everything put back in place?you couldn?t tell they where there. I had Andre quote on a few other jobs ( kitchen backsplash, front steps and bathroom) and will be setting up a time this spring for those to be completed"

"Despite a bit of a miscommunication and us canceling on him twice, Matt was extremely accommodating, went out of his way to fit us in, and did great work. They used plastic sheeting to protect the entire bathroom and had exhaust running to outside. The smell isn't as awful as expected after reading other reviews. Just smells like spray paint. Will update this review later about how well the finish holds up. Thanks again Matt!
