"The initial response was very quick and Jeremy gave us a thorough explanation of what to expect. The very next morning, he was able to come to our house, check out our water heater and go over everything that it was going to take to replace the old unit. We found that this company, Water Heaters Express, was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the experience that we wanted when it came to replacing our older unit. "Everything went great and as planned. They arrived within the two hour time block of the appointment. It took slightly over an hour for them to remove the old water softener and install the new one. This included installing the proper drain system for the water softener. The estimate covered everything mentioned and there weren't additional costs. <br> <br>I would use them again in the future. <br> <br>"
