First, Michael was extremely pleasant and responsive and made working with the company a breeze. Oscar, who was on site to repair nine broken shutter slats on our mid-century shutters as well as a huge relaxed Roman Shade in the bedroom and another more typically sized Roman Shade in another room, was professional, respectful, and great at his job. Third, I feel their price point is extremely fair. And fourth - just what a rare find The Blind Spot is!!! I had been searching for a way to repair our huge Roman Shade for months! Companies like this are hard to find these days - ones who are focused on top notch work delivered in a timely fashion for a fair price and with a very personable touch. "It went great. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The workers showed up on time and were very efficient. They were able to detach the shade and take it out to their van to do the repair, which I appreciated due to COVID protocols. Reinstallation of the shade went smoothly. All in all I was very pleased and would definitely use this company again."
