"First time they were here. Two young boys showed up. Walked around the house for a little. Claimed they would come back with a video camera to inspect the pipes. That was 3 months ago. THEN they did do a snake in the garage. But, Left all the mess. They didnt not even bother sweeping or wiping anything. The didnt lay anything on the washer for their equipment. So the washer and dryer are scratched up pretty bad. Then when I called to get it rescheduled and handled properly they sent me elsewhere. As a business owner im used to provided a certain level of customer service. Even if the customer is tough or the job is hard I use those times as a chance to show people what i can do. Under promise and over deliver! EDITED Now the young lady who does the texting seems upset and taking what is a professional review, where i have not written anything to Attack personallyâ ¦.now im receiving personal Comments texted to me.
