"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The master bathroom and guest bathroom were totally remodeled - shower, bath tubs, walls, floors, and vanities.  I appreciate how they paid particular attention to detail, particularly with the installation of the travertine on the walls and floors of each bathroom.  Since The Tile Artisan is associated with several vendors, I decided to work with the company to order most of the additional accessories for the bathrooms.  This arrangement went smoothly, and items were received in a timely manner which did not cause any delays with the project.  The first project (master bathroom and powder room) took approximately three weeks.  The second project (guest bathroom) took about a week.  There were two to three crew members working each day, and a master plumber who appeared when appropriate.  The crew members worked full days, Monday through Friday and two Saturdays.  Paul Bender and his crew were great to work with.  I am very pleased with the finished products.

"It went great! I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Their sales person( Mr. Williams), met me at the house and showed me several ways to keep the cost down. I had decided on granite counter tops for durability and maintenance but knew very little about the product. Mr. Williams took me to the show room that they use and answered all my questions about the different grades of granite offered. We found a color that blended well with my flooring. I ordered  the cabinets  and was not disappointed, and they arrived on schedule. The installation of the cabinets and counter tops went off without a hitch. The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."
