I purchased coupon for $200 for $400 of service. There was a delay in getting the minor repair done as team was tied up with full tear-off replacement for another customer when unexpected rain happened. Repair finally done about 7/23. No notice left that repair was completed. Contacted Michael who checked with individual who did repair. It was confirmed as having been completed.
