"I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. Glad to have a dry garage and no leaks in the house. THANKS IDEAL ROOFING!!"

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

The crew that he sent to do the work was so friendly and hard working. We enjoyed chatting a bit with them each day. They worked diligently each day and got the job done quickly. They arrived promptly each morning and picked up each evening before heading out. Matt came by the day after everything was finished up to check the work himself and to see if we had any questions or concerns and to be sure we were satisfied. "Orion, Michael, Deandre, Haley, Lidia, Allen, Catt, Santiago, Francisco and Jay. These are the people from DaBella I worked with to get my roof replaced. Orion (nice guy) set up the appointment to have Michael and Deandre (also nice guys) came and explaied their product and gave me a quote for a total tear down and replacement of my roof. The cost was higher than I had budgeted for, but we were able to come to a mutually acceptable price. The actual tear down and replacement were done by Allen, Catt, Santiago and Francisco (friendly,hard working guys). Haley and Lidia were the people in the office I dealt with for scheduling, payment and questions (pleasant and professional). To make a long story short, the crew came when expected, did the work required and cleaned up after the job was completed. Jay (friendly and professional) came to pick up excess material when the job was completed. I feel All these people went above and beyond the duty required and left me with the feeling that I had a good new roof at a reasonable price. I would recommend Dabella and these individuals to anyone looking to replace a roof."

"Michael has repaired another area roof before this. He's working with me to put off full replacement as long as possible. This leak occurred during spring, became obvious in June. I purchased coupon for $200 for $400 of service. There was a delay in getting the minor repair done as team was tied up with full tear-off replacement for another customer when unexpected rain happened. Repair finally done about 7/23. No notice left that repair was completed. Contacted Michael who checked with individual who did repair. It was confirmed as having been completed.
