"We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day. We ran into heavy rain halfway through the project and Jodi even came out on the weekend to ensure that the roof was water tight before the rain hit. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

UPDATE-6/6/15: 

Earlier this spring, the roof began to peel and blow off. It wasn't properly secured at the edges. I called Bazell to come fix it, and they came and fiddled with it, but didn't really do much of anything helpful. Consequently, the roof has started leaking in places. He indicated to us initially that the roof should last us a good 20 years or so, but we've called and called, and he hasn't returned to really fix it. I don't think it would realistically take much more than $30 or so to repair it adequately with screws and washers."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
