"Vasyl was contracted through Angi?s List for a toilet installation for 12/9. He calls me the day before to see if he could do the installation that day, unfortunately I was not available. He says no worries and he?ll be there for the scheduled appointment on 12/9. The next day he calls and says he?s on a project and will not be able to make the appointment and asked if either the next day or Friday would work. I told him whichever one works best I?m good. He tells me he?ll call me the next day. I never received a phone call from him so I called him back to see if Friday was the better option. He tells me someone will be there around noon on Friday. Friday around 1 pm I call Vasyl and he tells me his guy is on his way to Lowe?s to pick up the toilet and should be there in an hour. At 2:45 pm I call Vasyl to check in and see what the status is with my installation. It goes straight to voicemail and he never calls me back. "

"I had an emergency plumbing situation at my rental property that required major work. A Solution came out the same day that I called (Saturday, within 2 hours) and assessed the problem. Due to the severity of the problem of my tenant's only washroom, it was placed out of commission. To my surprise, they agreed to come out on Sunday (Father's Day) to rod out the main drian line for the washroom allowing my tenants to use the washroom until the major repair was performed. A Solution returned Monday and completed the repair. All work was done in a professional manner and met all municipal codes. "Installation went very well, but at the end I noticed the floor anchors are sticking out too much and the caps are not covering them. After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!"

"What a rip off. Told me I bought junk fixtures, Tuscany, and quoted me $475 to change 2 "0" rings and two rubber washers in my own faucet and the youngster plumber told me it would last 10 years, the same as he said my cheap Tuscany would last. I paid $95 for that. RIP OFF COMPANY!"
