"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. "Came home after about a week and a half away to some pretty extensive water damage in my kitchen due to a clogged drain on my buildingâ s roof. Kevin came out next day to do an assessment, and the day after that with his team to do the emergency removal of drywall, insulation, etc. and apply antimicrobial agent and set up fans and dehumidifiers to speed up the drying process.
