"Franks was initially very responsive. He arranged fot an evaluation quickly and was on time for his appointment. He diagnosed the issue (a simple failed fan) and took the responsibility to order the part. We paid the requisite fee at the time of service. We have not heard back from Franks Service to advise us of the status of our order."

"Frank and Maria were excellent to work with. We had a refrigerator issue on a Sunday morning and they responded immediately and came to our house to fix our appliance issue. Frank was extremely professional and knew immediately what issues we were having with our refrigerator. He also made the repairs quickly as well as fixed other defects he observed . The service charge and repair costs were very reasonable and it saved my family from having to buy a new appliance that could have cost us thousands. "Joseph Polouski was an absolutely fabulous hire for my electrical needs. In examining the outlet that was out, it was determined that we needed an upgrade to our entire electrical system along with installing some new outlets.
