They were the only company I called that could come out immediately to look at the problem. Overall, I felt very comfortable with their HVAC knowledge. They answered all of my questions and left the jobsite clean after their work. I highly recommend."

"2 new systems, 1 ERV, 2 Dehumidifiers, New Duct work, and Insulation replacement, scheduled to begin July 5, signed on June 14. They didn't complete work until the end of October and it took a demand letter from us to get it done. Were told we'd be their "case study" for ERV installation after this because they "didn't do a lot of them" when we were assured at the point of sale that they could do this. Still above-average humidity in the house, still have high utility costs. We finally fired them after a second chance in February of the following year when we were told they had parts for a job and would be out between 8-12 and, when calling them at 9:45 learned their tech was going to "get the parts" for his first stop (us). We didn't get a notification they were on the way until 11:15 and they were an hour and 45 minutes out. We're still using them for warranty work and now the system, not even 2 years old, has died. It's hot, and they'll be here in 3 days to look at it."

Since then have had to have them out each year due to moisture problems, condensation on floor vents, and leaking. Clogged drainage tube twice, ruined my floor twice. When called and worker sent out the worker did little to nothing but was still charged a service fee. After the fourth issue and the second time floors ruined we complained and upon receipt of our complaint they told us not to call them again and said they had blacklisted us. Would not recommend to anyone!"
