"They were so helpful. From beginning Gayland helped with gettin everything we needed and set a timeframe that was they kept. Answered all of my question and returned phone call quickly. The Patrick snd Adam did an awesome job in taking out old and putting in new door. There were a few wiggles in getting it to work. But they got it all figured out and the door looks great! Cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with their work. Would definitely recommend them."

"This company provides the level of Customer Service that is seldom found in the world today. When you find a company with the Customer Service level I received by Amy, that is the company you will definitely do repeat business. The quality of Cabinets is great, but when you have the Customer Service support, like Amy, that’s a BONUS. I highly recommend Cabinets for everyones’s cabinet needs."

"Erik was hired to install IKEA cabinets in our home for a full kitchen renovation. I felt confident in assembling the cabinets and finishing them (doors, hardware, drawers, toe kicks, etc) but we wanted a professional to make sure the cabinets were hung level, plumb, and square. From our first conversation it was obvious that Erik is an expert in all things IKEA. He provided some guidance and changes to our design to make some subtle improvements that would not have been obvious to us. He also immediately identified a critical flaw in our design that would have greatly impacted the final outcome but luckily we had enough time to get the proper replaced item. Communication with Erik was decent but be prepared for patience with emails and texts. Phone calls seemed to be most effective. Also be prepared to be patient for his schedule. Despite our efforts to plan ahead and get on “his radar” back in July, it still took several rounds of calls and discussions to finally get a week nailed down and the arrival day wasn’t determined until the week-of. You will need to be flexible. The installation was very fast - he had all of the work completed in one day. He is also very precise and detailed. He took time to show me how cabinets were anchored to the wall, that cabinets were level and prepped for the countertop template. He also cleaned up nicely, was courteous in our home and has a professional demeanor. The installation wasn’t without issue though. He accidentally stepped on a weak piece of our corner cabinet and broke it. His solution was to “sister” a piece below it. I was told it wouldn’t affect the countertops as this had no load bearing properties and it won’t be visible once countertops are installed. I believe that he is correct, and accidents happen, but it was disappointing as mishaps was something I wanted to avoid and large reason why we elected to hire someone rather than do the installation ourselves. No adjustment was made to the agreed upon price to account for the broken cabinet which I felt would have been the appropriate thing to do even it was a minor reduction. Overall, I would hire Erik again and be better prepared to be patient and clearly a communicate my expectations. He is precise, detailed, and very knowledgeable on IKEA systems. His involvement resulted in a nice overall outcome."

"<br /> <br />         The cabinets were refaced and the doors looked very nice .The problem was they didn't predrill <br /> the cabinets and overtightened screws cracking my existing frames . The countertop installers came in to measure <br /> and the bases were out of level so they could not do it. Since snow's installed the doors the day before my doors <br /> will look out of square now with the countertop . When the work was first quoted I was told it would be no <br /> problem to do this work .The "craftsman ' should have known how level the top of bases needed to be and <br /> let me know . I am not a professional carpenter but I am a tool maker and know what issues on certain  projects <br /> need to be addressed in my profesion. I laser leveled the top myself since I do not trust their  work now. The appointment <br /> time for the new countertop fitting has been miscommunicated by snow's and now am afraid they will not do <br /> a quality job either . <br />"

"The cabinets are spectacular and the quality of their work is unbelievable - they are truly master craftsmen!! Scott and his team have been so great to work with every step of the way from design to install. They have been incredibly responsive to my many (many) quirky requests, and while one might expect responsiveness from a custom cabinet maker, Scott has definitely gone above and beyond. Highly, highly recommended!"

"It went very well and the kitchen looks great. Kitchensolvers had to improvise to a certain extent along the way because the quartz countertop was (as is typical for this kind of work) just over a quarter of an inch thinner than the old particle board wrap countertop. Also, K. S. was even able to salvage some rather unique glass from a couple of the old cabinet doors and reinstall it in their replacements. All in all, their work was very agile - to perhaps use an unusual word to describe a kitchen rehab project. Also, they were very accommodating when it came to last minute touch up work that wasn't explicitly a part of the original contract."
