Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"We can't say enough about how delighted we were with not only the results of our total kitchen remodel, but the experience of working with Mike, Ryan and Jared. From our very first contact, they were reliable and responsive, answering all texts and calls promptly and keeping appointments punctually. They had our kitchen completely demolished down to the plaster and back to being a functioning kitchen in just 4 weeks , including significant plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades , as well as delays in shipping of a replacement for a damaged cabinet (not their fault!) and our new window. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays. We would hire them without question to do other work on our home!"
