"I had my system ?repaired? and it worked for a couple of weeks and then I had issues and tried several times to get a call back from Preston. I even sent in request for a return call via website to make sure that my emails were getting delivered and it?s been 11 months now so I have had to call another company. I also never received a system remote / controller for $750 and my iPhone app is not updating. The new company looked through my system and told me that my whole system is not even recognized. This is the reason for 2 stars and I have basically paid for a WiFi system which drops in and out. Not good at all with follow up service, so Good Luck!"
