The base was laid to perfection and each block is continually checked for plumb once placed.  Leo makes sure everything is done correctly.  He periodically cleans his tools and the surrounding area. The wall is coming together beautifully!.  I'm confident  that wall will be here for many years.

"Overall, the experience was OK, but not great.  They were late to the initial consultation, although they were apologetic.  They were late for the first day of work, which was more important because I had to sign to authorize the work and make the down payment.  I had almost given up on them because I needed to get to work for a required class.  It took them one day to tear up the existing sidewalk and a second day to pour the replacement.  It was a relatively simple job done competently.  They left the wood frame in place at the end of their work on a Friday and said they would remove the frame on Monday.  But they never did.  I had to remove the frame myself, which was non-trivial in places.  This was a small job which they probably didn't give a high priority, but I have a lot of other jobs that need to be done, and I was hoping to find a general handyman I could trust to take care of them.  I guess I'll keep looking."

"I purchased a big deal coupon for this company.  It's very hard to tell the benefits.  I had to do some deep root watering to the same trees to keep them going.  We had such a dry Spring last year.  They were nice, they came out.  They did their thing.  It was hard to tell what the results were from what they did.  That's not their fault really, they just injected some chemicals into the roots of the tree.  I just don't know, I can't tell.  I have no way to measure.  The trees didn't die, they survived.  They had a lot of stress since then.  I assume it helped them to resist all the stress.  A service like this is just really hard to evaluate other than the fact that they were obliging and did the work they promised."
