When Pablo finally arrived, it felt like a total scam. He admitted he could have installed a generic part to get our heat running, but since it was late on a Friday, he clearly just wanted to go home. He chose to leave my family in the cold rather than doing his job. ? The Dishonesty: To make matters worse, he didn't even provide an estimate that he said he would provide via email. "

This was a replacement for a 14-year-old system (different brand) that failed so we knew what we were looking for and there was no hard sell or upsell involved, Mike listened to what I was looking for and recommended an appropriate system. The installation tech, Joseph, and plumber, John, were very personable, and the work was completed in a few hours and looks neat and tidy. Overall, a very pleasurable experience."

"Mark sold the business to someone else; we had used Mark's Plumbing for years. They came out to replace a toilet fill valve & supply ($300) and toilet flapper ($150). My wife didn't call me to let me know price before they did the work otherwise I would have said no. The fill valve on Amazon is $16.97 that comes with the flapper. Their employee said flappers were up to $50 now; the flapper itself on Amazon is $10.87. Their total was $484.34. I have cancer and didn't want to do the work myself but didn't realize the price was that insane. My wife and I have an agreement now to not allow work from anyone until we've both discussed it. I called them and they said that's the cost of a journeyman plumber and the don't charge by the hour but by the job. I told them I was going to leave a bad review, but they didn't care. I don't recommend them at all. We will never use them again."
