"Steve and Ray came to our house the next day after we contacted them to see what would be necessary to locate the leak. We told them we had already contacted two other companies to come out and they could not find our leak. Steve told us they would not stop until they located the leak. It was a quoted charge and although they had to come back three different times for several hours they did not increase the charge! Steve told us this was one of the most difficult leaks to locate he had experienced. They did locate the leak and it is now repaired. "Alvin was careful to explain prior to starting work that if he required extra supplies, etc it would be on top of the Angie's price. Also, that there was the possibility that it would not be a simple replacement. I expected that. The replacement turned out to be more complicated than I'd anticipated.
The plumbing pipes for hose bibbs are installed between the vertical studs. There is supposed to be a horizontal cross brace that secures the "inside" part of the bibb  with 2 screws into the wood. Turns out, when the house was built in 1997, no cross bracing was added inside the wall, so the unsupported pipe had been shifting each time we turned the faucet on or off for the past 17 years. So, when he went to remove the outside portion, instead of "unthreading" as it should have,  the copper pipe broke off at the joint inside the wall. In order to complete the repair, Alvin needed to make an access port on the interior wall. He very carefully sawed an 8x8" piece out of the drywall, added a wood cross brace to the existing framing, secured the plumbing pipe to it, then attached the new hose bibb on the outside. After completing the repair, he carefully re-fitted the piece to the wall and used some caulk I had to cover the seam.
We were charged only for the difference in supplies, not for the additional time involved, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved that we had decided to have this done. I hate to think about some day going out to turn the hose on or off and have a fountain inside the wall.

"Everything went perfectly! Jonas and his assistant arrived on time and moved large furniture out of the room and removed the existing carpet. Every day the work area was left clean and organized. At the finish all large items were put back. Jonas has a great understanding of wood look ceramic tile and an eye for detail. For example, the tile we used had different colors and patterns, Jonas noticed that there was one tile pattern that would have stuck out if he used it too much. Also the wood tile floors need to be put in closer together than traditional tile to get the right look. On top of the work on the living room floor which was excellent. Jonas did a few other things like fixing a tile that had popped up on a different floor, extra grouting on an existing tile floor that had holes in the grout, fixing a step and even a latch on a gate that we had been neglecting to fix."

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"We absolutely love this place.  We've used them to service our swamp cooler and furnace in the past and also to replace our water heater and always had exceptional service.  When it came time to switch to refrigerated air, Glen (the owner) came out and thoroughly looked everything over, explained in detail exactly what would be done, and even talked me through what type of furnace we might want for the long-term as far as maintenance (and it wasn't the most expensive one).  We were fortunate enough to have acquired our own equipment and Glen was extremely accommodating in all aspects of this process.  Amanda was amazing and incredibly helpful in setting up the installation date and was so friendly, and Nathan and Richard were fantastic installers.  They showed up on time and NEVER stopped working.  I mean they never, ever stopped moving and they did a wonderful job.  Glen came back to check everything once they were finished, showed me how everything worked, and we were done!  If there was a problem, I never knew about it.  It was flawless start to finish and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.  We feel extremely secure that the job was done right and not only highly recommend them, but we'll definitely use them again.

"It was ok. I liked them. But where I expected two trained electricians who could work independently or together. There was one electrician and someone to hand him tools. Only about 60% of the work I expected to get done was done. Also, I hadn't read the fine print about getting the materials in advance ... and I would not have known what to get which also wasted our time.
He was a hard worker but this wasn't the 'deal' I expected."
