"Time from consultation to install was longer than expected because they had to come for a second and third measurement but they were able to stay within the 6-8 week timeframe we were originally given. I?m sure we may have been able to find cheaper options out there but I love the new windows! The windows replaced are on the west side of the house (we live in Phoenix, AZ) and what was once the most unbearable portion of our home due to heat is now the cooler part of our home. Our AC doesn't run as long and we don't need to keep our curtains closed 24/7 in order to stay cool. The install crew was quick, professional and courteous in regards to clean up. There was a slight error with the screens we ordered but they are already rectifying that and we'll have the correct screens in a week or so. "Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

Explained how he would clean the dryer vent.  He asked if there was anything else I needed done like carpet cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning.  I needed the  carpet cleaned in one room, he said he could do it the same day, right after finihsing with the dryer vent.  He quoted a very reasonable price for carpet cleaning and explained how he would do it.  He did both the dryer and carpet within 1 hour. Very professional.
