Showed up on time, proposal was great, explained every detail and step, installation was flawless! He was even available at midnight when we thought there was an issue but realized it was no issue at all and he was ready to come to the house regardless! "Alec from Aqua Sewer & Drain Service very professional when he showed up to check the water leak we had. Alec diagnosed the issue and said we needed an expansion tank since it cracked and that’s where all the water was leaking from. He said we don’t need a water heater because that is functioning properly. He took some pictures and then went to get the parts and came back within 30 mins and started the work. You can tell he really knew what he was doing. He had all the right tools in his work truck. He removed the old expansion tank and put in the new expansion tank and a shut off valve and he also strapped the expansion tank so it got added support. He also check the water pressure and looked for leaks before he left. We had this issue Friday night around 11pm and we call his company Saturday morning and he should up at 8am. It took about 2 hours before he finished. Alec was very knowledgeable, he also wore booties on his shoes in our house. I would recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain Services to anyone who has any plumbing issues. We live in South Brunswick NJ."

"Chris, his son, and the rest of his team was very professional. I'll start by saying that we had called AJ Perri for an emergency, who charged us a reasonable $95 to snake the sewage drain from the clean out outside to the street. Then they recommended a camera of our line due to resistance at about 80 feet. The camera showed corrosion and puddling at the end of our lawn just before the sidewalk. They quoted us $15,000 to do a liner instead of full replacement!!! My brother worked for our uncle's plumbing business for 10 years down in TX. My brother swore up and down AJ Perri was charging outrageously and convinced us to get other quotes. Roto Rooter came in at $13,000, again my brother told me to get quotes from smaller local companies, as he and my uncle would have a charged around $5,000 and given a warranty. We reached out to three smaller companies, including Chris and his son, and they were all in the same ballpark at just a littmore more than 1/3 of what AJ Perri quoted us, including full replacement of the cast iron sewage pipe and replacement of the water line. Since the other quotes were in the same general ball park (within $1,000 or so), we went off the quality and quantity of reviews and Chris and his son had great reviews on HomeAdvisor and other places on the web. Working with them was easy. They kept us apprised of the process. The permit took a little longer to get than expected due to a mistake about what township we're in (it happens more often than we would like). Other than that, there were no issues, and aside from having to spend a lot of money on something that isn't seen, it's obviously necessary, and we're pleased with the work (the problem started with the plumbing on our lower level backing up). We highly recommend Chris and his company."

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

They put cover grip cloths to protect the floors, and were very careful when handling the equipment. Before installing the furnace and air purifier he performed a full duct cleaning. His staff was nothing short of excellent; they team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the results speak for themselves. "They guys kept me updated via text and arrived right on time. They originally came to help with the gas pipe for my dryer, but asked if I had anything else plumbing related that I had concerns about. I showed them my issue with the expansion tank for my water heater and saw that it was installed incorrectly. I asked them if they could address that issue as well and they said no problem. They were very nice and easy to work with and explained everything they were doing so that I understood what was happening. When they completed the work everything looked great! "This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."
