The work entailed running a new gas line to convert range/laundry dryer and pool from electric to gas. Paul was on top of his communication with me either via email using Angie's list site or mobile. I have already recommended this company to my close friends but felt the need to write this review for others as well."

"Alec from Aqua Sewer & Drain Service very professional when he showed up to check the water leak we had. Alec diagnosed the issue and said we needed an expansion tank since it cracked and that’s where all the water was leaking from. He said we don’t need a water heater because that is functioning properly. He took some pictures and then went to get the parts and came back within 30 mins and started the work. You can tell he really knew what he was doing. He had all the right tools in his work truck. He removed the old expansion tank and put in the new expansion tank and a shut off valve and he also strapped the expansion tank so it got added support. He also check the water pressure and looked for leaks before he left. We had this issue Friday night around 11pm and we call his company Saturday morning and he should up at 8am. It took about 2 hours before he finished. Alec was very knowledgeable, he also wore booties on his shoes in our house. I would recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain Services to anyone who has any plumbing issues. We live in South Brunswick NJ."

They put cover grip cloths to protect the floors, and were very careful when handling the equipment. Before installing the furnace and air purifier he performed a full duct cleaning. "2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"After contracting the installation, the company performed 2 walkthroughs to determine the BEST way to complete the installation. They determine the installation would take two days. The installation crew arrived early on both days. The installers and their work were neat and clean. They cleaned up after the installation, including vacuuming in the house. Dave, the chief installer, treated our house as if it was his. The equipment works as advertised. We could not be more satisfied with the work. From the first meeting to the last equipment check, VERY professional. The pictures show the compressor installed on the roof attached to the chimney, and the main inside unit installed between two windows."

"They guys kept me updated via text and arrived right on time. They originally came to help with the gas pipe for my dryer, but asked if I had anything else plumbing related that I had concerns about. I showed them my issue with the expansion tank for my water heater and saw that it was installed incorrectly. I asked them if they could address that issue as well and they said no problem. They were very nice and easy to work with and explained everything they were doing so that I understood what was happening. When they completed the work everything looked great! "This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."
