Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I told him to replace the blower and then I would pay. He replaced the blower the next day and wanted $450 right away. I paid and asked for a receipt. He said he would mail it or drop it off. He didn’t do either. The next day I noticed the fan wouldn’t work without the ac on. I called him and he said it was a bad solenoid. I told him to forget it. 3 things bad at once, I doubt it"
