"The garage tech came out, quickly reviewed the whole door, and provided a few options and prices to replace the springs. I chose to replace a single spring with a double spring with 5x life-cycle and lifetime warranty.
The work took less than 1 hour and while talking to our tech about a squeaky issue he took the time to use the magic lubricant on all hinges and rollers to make our door quiet. It's so quiet now the kids and dog don't know when we are coming home! :)
There was no unnecessary work done or suggested. The tech performed a post-installation review of all the components, ensured that the door was functioning as expected, and offered suggestions for self-maintenance.
My only nit - and it's really not that huge - is that we were committed to have someone out to our house in 2 hours and it was closer to 3 ... that said it was a Saturday and I was thankful that we were able to find a good provider to come out in a relatively short time frame.
