"Very professionally completed my walk-in shower with safety bars, pull down seat, etc. Friendly, great on cleanup, and determined to satisfy customer."

"It's a beautiful shower, and holding up well. They were also patient with me while I chose colors."

"Kell installed LVP in both the master bedroom and bathroom of a house we recently purchased. He did an excellent job and worked hard to finish the work done early so we could move into our new home before our lease was up. The entire process was straightforward and clear, from the initial consultation and estimate to the final walkthrough and payment. Trevor gave me the initial estimate and updated the estimate when our priorities and budget changed. Kell was a pleasure to work with. It was nice to have him in our home. He's friendly and knowledgeable. When an issue with the subfloor required additional work, Kell made sure I knew how much it would cost to repair. He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!"

"Ricky, Ryan, Trapper, and Brandon did a great job installing our new shower. We live in an old home and the shower had previously been re-done, but the tiling job wasn't good quality, so we had problems with water leaking through to the walls and floor. 5-star did a great job replacing all the parts that had damage, and they did a superb job installing the shower and making sure that it was completely sealed. We're confident that this time our shower will last forever. They did all of this in just one day. Thanks guys!"

"It was a weekend and my salt pellet softener had a leak and overflowed my hall. I called 2 other 24hr plumbing companies but received a quick response and a call when the plumber was on his way. Randy deserves 10 stars for going up and above for fixing my leak so quick. I expected to pay a large sum of money for the Saturday visit but I did not! Now will only use this company for all my plumbing needs. Thankyou again!"

"Everything went very well! The bathrooms turned out perfectly beautiful. The quality of work was excellent and J&J Concepts was a pleasure to have in our home. Work site was kept clean and tidy and the whole transaction was professional and easy."

"This is the second time hiring Bath Fitter Utah. Nick came back today to switch out a part, much appreciated! All contact I have had with Bath Fitter, from sales through installation was a great experience. Thank you for bending over backwards to help us with our dated bathroom."

"This was a super smooth and seamless process. My husband called and requested an appointment under my name and phone number. I was received prompt email and text message reminders, and the service tech was actually able to meet earlier than the original time (with advance discussion by phone). Once the service tech was on his way, I received a text from the office with a photo of who to expect. After reviewing the basement and kitchen, Poncho was able to provide a quote and asked if I was free for him to go out and purchase supplies and install the gas line that day. He was professional, kind, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with how convenient and easy this was and I'm looking forward to working with this business again."
