"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "The man who came to do the estimate was knowledgable and a really nice guy. When he worked up the estimate it was high so he asked us for a number we would be comfortable with, between himself and his manager they came back with a good number. Not cheap by any means but the equipment and installation comes with a 6 year guarantee, which is hard to find today. Installation was scheduled for 3 days later, also hard to find these days. The installers were there on time with everything they needed to do the job. Every man knew what he needed to do yet there was one man leading the team. They covered all the floors in the areas they were working and wore booties to keep everything clean. Everything was installed straight and level. In the end there was some spackling needed to be done because of a stud in the way where they tried to put a hole. Customer service followed up with an email questionnaire which I filled out with some of my concerns about the installation. They got back to me by phone and apologized for any inconvenience. They are sending me $100 for my time, materials and hassel of having to fix their little bo bo. A great company and I have recommended them to family."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
