"Omar and his crew are great, after the recent rains I notice mold on the drywall and baseboard in the bathroom. So I called a few companies that service the northern orange county area, and all but one wanted to charge me just to come out. When I called Restoration 1 and spoke with Omar, he said he would come out and look at the problem and give me an estimation for the mold abatement. He found that the problem was just in the one area and we found a crack in the stucco that allowed the moisture to come in. I had the crack repaired and Omar and his crew removed the mold, he quoted me a reasonable price, and his crew was fast and efficient. I would most definitely use them again if a mold problem."
