Chris was my technician, explained what was going on and took on the tremendous work of replacing my front line. He was going to make sure that it would get done so I would have water that day. "Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."

"Jeff came out and installed my kitchen faucet, shutoff valves and a outside house faucet. Jeff was fast and completed the work, however one of the shutoff valves he install started leaking after a few hours. So he was schedule to return the next morning and fix the problem. He came the first thing the next day replaced the one of the valve. I had to purchase the valves from Western Plumbing so they would be covered by their warranty when he did the install instead of using the two I had already purchased. So its good that I had him install theirs or I would have been charged for another service call and another valve though I didnt like paying the higher price for their valves. The cost of installing the outside faucet I though was over priced as well. Iam glad I had pruchased my own new kitchen faucet."

"Two valves and a leak were repaired. I started with old rusted main that was leaking. While doing the work I asked to have the hose bib updated and the system sprung a leak that was also repaired. Daniel Medina was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, fast thorough and did a great job. I was so impressed!. Prices seemed a bit high but Daniel did such a great job I barely noticed the sting. Thanks Daniel and thanks Tucker Hill for getting to me in a 'no water in the house' situation, to fully operational with a potential future issue handled in under three hours.
