"Had a leak in front yard, on my main water line, hoping it was a simple leak turned out to be a major repair due to the pipe being old and not fixable. Chris was my technician, explained what was going on and took on the tremendous work of replacing my front line. He was going to make sure that it would get done so I would have water that day. He was very professional and did an awesome job, really appreciated everything he did, so I wouldn't be without water or take another day off from work. Thank you Chris. Mary Markins"

"Arrived on time on a Sunday and repaired the main water line quickly."

"Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."

"Replace toilet water shut-off, wax ring, and flange."

"Great install of water heater"

"Two valves and a leak were repaired. I started with old rusted main that was leaking. While doing the work I asked to have the hose bib updated and the system sprung a leak that was also repaired. Daniel Medina was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, fast thorough and did a great job. I was so impressed!. Prices seemed a bit high but Daniel did such a great job I barely noticed the sting. Thanks Daniel and thanks Tucker Hill for getting to me in a 'no water in the house' situation, to fully operational with a potential future issue handled in under three hours. That is three hours from the call to Tucker Hill asking for help to thanking Daniel as he drove away, problem solved. Shoot, I'm happy."

"Replaced old electric water heater just as promised. Best value without sacrificing product quality. Initial quote was reasonable/competitive, but company stepped up and provided an installation upgrade package to make them the best value."
