"DID A GREAT JOB !!!!! WOULD HIRE AGAIN. USED A DOUBLE DISK MACHINE WHICH REALLY CLEANED UP MY LIGHT GREY CARPET WITH STAINS....."

"Everything was explained in detail for me. I was also given suggestions on appropriate floor cleaner to use. Spot treatments were done first and I was told which spots would not be able to come up off the carpet."

"Chris and Gus got the kitchen done in a day and a half. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The new tiles look great and are well installed. While they were doing the kitchen job, I showed them my marble tiled bathroom cabin to see if they could do something to fix/clean the mold that seemed to be under the grout and silicone and therefore impossible to clean. They offered a few suggestions before we decided on how to approach and I am very happy with how white my bathroom floor and walls look. I clean on a weekly basis so I’m hoping it never happens again. Would recommend and hire them again for other jobs."

"Very well, Lorenzo had it cleaned and sealed in about 40 minutes. He didn't nickel and dime us for overage in sq ft."

"The work was done carefully and the outcome was great - our tiles look like new and the grouting is far superior to what it was previously.  They were a pleasure to deal with, would definitely use them for future work.

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."

"My floors were sanded and stained. It went beautifully. The floors look great!! PR Flooring LLC did a great job they were very timely, very polite and knew how to take care of business."

"Very good! Tiles came clean. They were neat, clean, polite and on time."

"Amazing! Jose is a fantastic painter! Our kitchen cabinets look brand new after he painted them. He's great in recommending color and hardware if you're undecided. He's the best if you're looking for someone to do any type of painting in your home. We have used him before and will call him again for our future projects."

"Ricardo was reliable and did excellent work in refinishing the wood floor in our apartment. He was timely and communicated frequently. His price was very competitive. I would recommend him highly and would hire him again."
