"When contacting Ron he as able to send someone out for an estimate the next day. He then gave me a estimate over the phone after measuring the windows for $1200. Because my mom is a senior citizen he offered her a senior citizen discount of $50. <br /> Ron then Scheduled the work two days later. The Crew arrived on time and were able to install the windows earlier than estimated.  The work crew was very professional.  They were very careful and meticulous about the plants outside the windows that they were installing.  The work was completed in the amount of time that he said it would be done.  Everything was cleaned up.  The windows are awesome. <br /> I am very happy with the quality of work that was provided. <br />"

All the window options were explained very well during the consult so I had a complete understanding of what I could purchase and what each product offered. I was scheduled quickly and my ten windows were installed in a day and a half. They moved furniture to install my windows and everything was put back in it’s place. There was no debrIs or any mess left behind, as well as, any damage to my home. My windows look absolutely perfect and beautiful! "I made an appointment for Steve to give us an estimate. He came out the next day, measured, talked to me about what I wanted and reviewed the Harford Co. height requirements with me. I did not call him for two weeks, as I wanted to check out other companies. When I did call with the go ahead, the work was scheduled for the next week. Installers came out Wednesday, 12/26/07. Unfortunately, they started but could not complete the job that day due to a hard rain during which time they could not use their power tools. They said they would return on Friday and did so, completing the job as stated. Both my husband and I had to work that Friday so I left a check for them. Normally I do not make a habit of leaving checks, but the installers seemed very trustworthy and it actually worked out well. We are very pleased with the results!!"

However, the installers arrived after the scheduled time window and scheduling a date for an estimate and then having the windows made and installed took weeks. Sales was able to explain each product and come up with the windows to fit my specific needs for each room. Install was on time and the two installers were great - worked all day, answered questions, top- quality work and clean- up.
