"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. "We could not be happier with the work performed by Grant, Keith and their team. They were professional throughout the entire process from quote to clean up. The main reason for this project was that our roof had had leaks and ice damming for quite a few years. A previous contractor had done substandard repairs to our chimney after hurricane damage, and the flashing leaked ever since that work was done. We got quotes for the roof repair from three contractors, and Built Well provided the most detailed and cost-effective quote of the three. Because of their professionalism we also had them replace our cedar shingle siding, which was dried and damaged. One really nice touch was that we had a really ugly central air conditioning pipe going up the side of the house, clad in a downpipe. Built Well opened up the wall sheathing and hid that piping inside the wall -- what a difference! The team went the extra mile, paying special attention to some of the finer details of the trim work. I wish i could add photos to this review, because the house is beautiful (with a roof that no longer leaks!). I would not hesitate to recommend Grant and Keith, and will work with them if ever I need any other major work done to the house."

I researched for a year for a reputable contractor and Home Improvements Done Right did not disappoint. From the first meeting and all through the project, Daniel and Mauricio's pleasant personality kept me at ease. The two cared and constantly asked for my opinion and if their work was satisfactory. And they have TOP WORKERS! Always on time, pleasant as well and thorough. Daniel and Mauricio have changed the contracting game. "I hired Mike to do a painting project in my home just to paint a few areas and also an accent wall. Mike and his painters were very nice and the price was reasonable.They were prompt and finished the job in a timely manner. However, after the job was completed. I noticed there were small areas that were not painted. I called Mike and informed him what I noticed and he told me he would come back to fix it. However, he never showed up. I also noticed that my accent wall is not painted evenly as well as other areas in my home. If you hire this contractor make sure to check their work thoroughly after they finish the job."

"It went extremely well. They knew what they were doing. When something went wrong they took care of it. They were punctual. They showed up when they said they would. They were clean and didn't leave any trash. We were extremely pleased with them. The retaining wall 8 feet high and 90 ft long. I would highly recommend them."
