He showed up within the hour and was very professional. I explained the steps I took to unclog the drain and he politely explained alternatives for the future. He tested several sites to narrow down the clog which was located very close and not to the main line which would have cost more. Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor.
