"The came on time and removed the old water heater. When they brought the new unit in to install, it was 2 inches larger than the older unit and would not fit in the opening. So, they had to take it back and get a smaller unit. It was a little inconvenient to add a couple hours to the whole process, but it was understandable with the given circumstances. Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.
