Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Trafalgar, IN

"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"Did a great job and were on time and very positive and friendly. The replacement equipment had a factory problem and they dealt with it properly with another replacement water heater."

"The Water Heater Guys were awesome! You could see they really care about their customers. They came in and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new hot water. They made sure and got everything taken care of for us and had our new hot water heater installed right away. They went above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend them!!"

"Overall good experience. Replaced water heater. The plumbers were great and explained our options for repair or replace. Expensive but little needed repair."

"We called them and within two hours, they replaced it. Again, I was only down for the day and I called several plumbers and asked them if they could come that day, everybody said no except for this company. They came right out and they were super. I do not know how good the price was, because I was not able to compare prices. They came out and got the job done. They were very prompt. I would use this provider again in the future."

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Said I needed to approach city or county about repair as it was their responsibility (water run-off drain); suggested I might even need to involve the Mayor's Action Committee (implying he didn't think the county/city would "get around" to the job without taking it to the mayor.) "Oh Good!" but probably helpful, knowledgeable advice!"

"Very fair pricing, and personnel was attentive and pleasant. Found Al Hopkins Plumbing through Fishers Chatter Facebook social page. Replaced a 9-year 40/gal water heater with a 50/gal Bradford Defender, plus expansion tank to help increase the life of the water tank. Thank you, Al! You're the best!"

"Mike was responsive to (my many) questions and is very knowledgable. He explained the options I had to replace my leaking water heater. When I settled on a solution, he did the job the next day, quickly and efficiently."
