"I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. "My primary contact was friendly, and usually responsive, though occasionally he was difficult to contact. I had initially expected the job to involve tearing out all windows down to the studs, and replacing the entire unit. Instead, they removed the glass, and installed an actual picture window, but left the existing sill and casing. I chalked this up to a miscommunication. What I was definitely not happy with at first, however, was that the technician initially installed the new windows ON TOP OF THE ROTTING WOOD. To their credit, when I contacted the project manager he had it fixed immediately. Also, the same technician repaired some rot under the eaves of my house, and repainted. He did a great job on the repair, but left drips of paint on the roof of a covered walkway below. I wouldn't rule out using them again, but these hiccups make it far from "Automatic" to call them back."
