"We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. "We have been renovating and flipping houses for more than 30 years, and we have never been as impressed with the contracting firm as we are with Villatoro Construction. At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. They were able to start work quickly, showed up as promised, and worked full days. They paid so much attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfect. They were as invested as we were in ensuring that our home looked amazing. "Tremendous Work and Great People My wife and I chose Bradley Construction to build our Four Seasons Room based on some things we happened to see on the internet. Mark Crosby, project manager, came out to see what we wanted done and how we wanted it be designed. He and Terry Bradley, owner, came back and discussed the project with us and made great suggestions about how they would design the addition. We were quite pleased with their suggestions and asked for their bid. In a matter of days the bid arrived and we were quite comfortable with the projected cost. Bradley Construction was ready to begin the project inside of a month. Bringing a front end loader in to do preparatory work made us a little uneasy about the damage that would be done to the rest of our yard. Remarkably, the work was done with very little impact on the yard. Work began immediately and progressed smoothly. All the folks were nice and quite skilled with the work they did. During this process Mark Crosby was always around making sure things were down according to our wishes. Anytime something out of the ordinary arose, Mark would talk with us and offer suggestions about what we might choose. As the build progressed, Mark would let us know what and when we had to make choices dealing with color, flooring, and fans. The only slow down in the build was our choice of window manufacturer. The room was ready for the windows but it took some time for the window company to have windows readied and installed. Otherwise, the project was completed and the room is beautiful. "This father-and-son team is awesome. They were timely, communicative, and very fair. They started when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and kept in touch with us about changes and innovations as the project went along. "I’d like to give a 5-star shout-out to SC Maintenance. We had a variety of repairs to be done on our mobile home and was looking for a “one call gets all” company and we found one. I was contacted within 5 minutes of sending an email, and arrangements were made, and met, for a walkthrough. After agreeing on a start date, Shawn and his crew showed up to work. This group of guys are delightful, knowledgeable and quick to offer options that allowed us to weigh in on the repairs and costs. The work was exceptional. We have plans for other repairs and I look forward to seeing all of them again."

"I'll start by saying I chose Matt because of the reviews here on Angie's List and the photographs of his work on his web site. Matt doesn't come cheap, and we did have significantly lower bids for this job. We felt that these built-ins were going into our great room and needed to look good, like a piece of furniture. We felt confident that Matt could deliver the quality craftsmanship we wanted for this project, and decided the extra cost was justified. Matt suggested a bench under each window with storage and doors below and a Cherry top (seat) on the benches. We decided on a scribed fit against the fireplace, which meant Matt would have to cut the bookshelves to mate with the rock fireplace. Matt shared his plan to build the bookshelves in his shop, described the materials being used and the process he would use to paint the exposed surfaces, gave us a rough date for completion and assured us we would be happy with the result. On installation day, he showed up with his partner Josh and each took a side of the fireplace to work on. They spent the entire day installing our built-ins, and even had to finish up a few details on the following day. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. The built-ins look great, and have that quality furniture look we hoped for. The sprayed on lacquer finish is awesome and durable. What an improvement in the room!"
