Our home is over a 100 years old and the furnace was once a coal furnace but converted into gas. It needed a part replaced. At 3:24pm still had no tech show up and never received anymore of an update. I messaged them saying that he was still not there that this was very unprofessional. I then received a phone call from the company and instead of being apologetic and explaining the situation he said they would not be coming out anymore after telling them that they were unprofessional after never showing up at the times they had given us. The lack of communication was horrible! So unless you have all day to stick around the house and just be there whenever they decide to show up I would NOT recommend this company"
