"Everyone reading this should know I am a huge skeptic. I needed a huge job done remotely (I couldn't be there). I also couldn't give the contractors much to go on as it wasn't my building. LONG STORY SHORT, I finally show up to help out, and the job is already complete. The difficult carpet angles I needed with two different colors, the layout in an area we were unfamiliar with, and the expertise of their team coming back out to fix some screwups on the part of a TOTALLY DIFFERENT GROUP was unbelievable. They came out without question and fixed someone else's messes! Didn't charge me a dime extra... Our entire team was absolutely shocked. They were a bit overpriced but the gentleman was very friendly and I'm sure they do good work, they were just a little overpriced for what I wanted done. I was able to get the work done for about half of what they estimated. He was a very nice gentleman."

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
