"I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. I subsequently got an estimate from another vender, and it was $1,000 more! Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile. On the day of the work, David and his wonderful assistant Ryan arrived on time, and spent the better part of a day installing the system. "I joined Angie's List to find someone that worked on portable air conditioners.  My brother took the unit apart to get to the blower wheel - but he told me that he didn't think that he could get to the damaged part and even if he did, he wasn't sure he could put the unit back together.  My brother can fix anything, so when he gave up,  I knew that I needed a professional. I liked the reports posted for  "On Call Maintenance", so I called (on a  Saturday) & left a brief message about what I needed.   In a very short time, Steve returned my call & he told me he felt confident that he could replace the part & put the unit back together.  I ordered the blower wheel & received it on the following Wednesday.   I called Steve & made an appointment for the next day at 10AM.  Steve had the part replaced and the unit working within an hour.  He was professional, courteous,  punctual, & returned/answered all of my calls.  My unit works great & Steve even installed the hoses & weatherized the windows better than they were before.  I will definitely call on Steve in the future.  In fact, I have a plumbing problem in my kitchen - I think I'll call him now."
