"Mike came and unclogged our main rainwater (underground) drain, which is over 100 feet long. He then cleaned out the lines going from three downspouts to the main line. Excellent! "Did a fine job installing water heater, but then the installer apparently did not push out the air in the lines through the house. The faucet in the kitchen then loss water pressure since there was debris from the old water heater in the lines. I was told there would be no charge when they came back to investigate for the inspection fee, but there was. I made my case and then it went away. Overall, they did a great job with the work. Ted and Glen are the ones I would want back. Very experienced at the trade."
