He worked with us to make a plan for our garage renovation, and we felt the price was reasonable. The only unsatisfactory part was the mess left behind - I wish it was more clear upfront how much of the debris they would (or would not) be hauling away. They did the basics, definitely way better than we could have done ourselves, did quality work, and were overall a good company to go with."

"The quality of the work was very good. I kept adding things that needed to be fixed and he was responsive to my growing list of needs at the house( our second home in Tahoe). I initially called him out to only  fix  some plumbing, but the list kept growing. The plumbing problem was very minor. However, he was very generous and did not charge me for the first plumbing visit, when I added  a bunch of other repairs. I really appreciated that.  <br /> He is a small business owner and seems very busy(which speaks to his quality). So the only downside is that it might take him a few days to return calls and to schedule the work. We had no deadline for the work we needed done, so it was not problem for us.  <br /> Would definitely use him again.  His pricing seemed reasonable, but we did not bid out the work so I did not compare it to others.  <br /> <br /> <br />"
