"Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information. They were almost half the cost of the other guys who quoted our job. They added new concrete footers,new posts and reinforced the joists in my old basement beefier lifting it a bit. "They did a nice job replacing my leaking water heater, but really dropped the ball on my pro-rated warranty. My old water heater was only 3 years old (also installed by Goering Plumbing) and I was told to expect a 50% credit. I have called repeatedly over the last 6 months to no avail and they will not return my calls. The one time I got a live person, he said he thought my check just came in and he would drop it in the mail tomorrow. I am still pursuing this issue but it is clear they do not want to communicate with me on this."
