"Just wanted everyone to know - they charge you a $79 "dispatch fee" just to come out - and my home is 5 minutes from their office. That is NOT applied as a credit to any work you have done. I wouldn't mind paying it if they came out and I did not use them for the repair - I understand they don't want people to waste their time. However, if I do hire them, then that fee should be waived or credited toward the work - that is what most legitimate companies do. Would recommend hiring someone else."
