After discovering water flowing from our meter box at the street and having the City of Portland determine the issue was our responsibility, I quickly reviewed my options for repair work. Based on very positive reviews, I called Service Plus at 7:30 AM and Jessica was able to schedule Landon for later that day. Landon was awesome â he let me know when he would be arriving, put on protective gear when he entered our home, quickly identified the issue and explained the situation to me. He repaired the problem, cleaned up the area and provided me information about our existing water line and potential concerns for the future all in a very professional manner. Nobody likes to be faced with an emergency home repair but working with an outstanding service company makes all the difference. "During inspection of work to be done, he noticed 7 under sink and toilet water valves had plastic parts and needed to be replaced to bring up to code or he could not continue. I assumed this was going to increase the work load by a day or two, (a huge mistake on my part). I asked for a breakdown of the costs and he said he would provide it later. He left to go get the parts and ss sink. He was back within the hour and started work. He took a 1/2 hour break to get lunch around noon. I asked how many hours this would take and when would he come tomorrow. He stated he would be done later today. He was done by 2 PM and I was flabbergasted and felt betrayed. Figure it out, 5 hours work, approximately $400 dollars in parts and $2,000 in labor, and I still don't have my cost breakdown. But, they have already charged my credit card. Very disappointed in them and in my own actions to have them continue work without getting reassurances and cost breakdowns."

"On time arrival, that's huge. They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."
