Jose visited with me and talked through my options to either repair or replace my downstairs toilet. I decided to replace so Jose went to pick up my new toilet. When he began to install it, he noticed a small crack in it. That was unacceptable for him, so he returned that toilet and came back with another one. Replacement was done the same day I submitted my request and I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism!"

Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. Eventually he came back the next day with a longer snake and cleared the drain! Charged me the quoted price, never tried to upsell or overcharge me even though it took much longer than they expected. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour.
