"This has been a horrible experience. Do not use this company. I am now 10 months into a large Window replacement project, and still do not have all of my windows, and I am waiting on replacement windows. One window was damaged on delivery and reordered 5 months ago, 13 windows had incorrect window grids and were reordered 5 months ago, and two windows are being remanufactured for the second time because they weren't made correctly for my opening - twice. This is out of an original window order for 39 windows. While the installed windows are a good product, and the initial sales experience was a good one, this company has been a colossal failure operationally. They promise you windows in 8-10 weeks but they don't arrive until 20 weeks later. And heaven forbid there be anything wrong with them, because I am now an additional 20 weeks after the initial install ( 40 weeks or 10 months total now) and still no corrected or missing windows! This has been the worst remodeling experience."

"Dennis, the salesman, was very open and professional. After looking at and researching several brands, we ordered Okna Eco-Pro 600 series vinyl replacement windows to replace all our old wood single-paned windows. The installation process was delayed by 30 days due to the coronavirus outbreak. Thirty eight (38) of the windows were installed by the expert crew without a hitch; however, two windows were not measured correctly, had to be reordered, and delayed the installation of the remaining six (6) windows by about 5 weeks. This was a major irritant; however, the company offered to replace a transom window over an exterior door that was not part of the original order. This was a $350 value and included recladding the trim around the entire door. This offer was enough to offset the disappointment of living without the affected six windows for over a month. All in all, we are very pleased with the look and quality of the windows."

"Completed a new roof, all new windows, all new exterior doors, roof, and new entryway with Alan - all the work was ended up A+. I'm very happy with the final products. Alan had reasonable prices, was knowledgeable and helpful, and he was responsive/communicative. In addition to replacing the roof, windows, and doors, he also replaced a set of windows with a new double door entryway. I'm sure it wasn't easy but he matched my vision perfectly. The pics don't quite do it justice. I would definitely use his services again."

Working well past dark, sloppy caulking, damage to trim molding, damaged screens, and haphazard cleanup efforts left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. However, upon bringing these issues to the office manager’s attention, we were assured that ABC would address each of our concerns. Two days after installation, a supervisor came out to assess the workmanship and address our concerns. He listened attentively to our feedback, noted our concerns, and assured us that ABC would make things right. True to his word, he and the project lead returned four weeks later to correct the deficiencies. What began as a frustrating experience ultimately ended on a positive note, thanks to the communication, responsiveness and dedication of every employee we spoke with at ABC. While the initial hiccups were disappointing, their swift action to remedy the situation restored our confidence in their services. The transformation was remarkable, and we were impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Had ABC taken their time installing our 24 windows, and completed the job in two days rather than attempting to complete the installation well past daylight in one day, they would have earned a five-star rating. Unfortunately, they rushed and got sloppy. For that reason we can only award them four stars. That being said, while our replacement windows installation got off to a rough start, the dedication and professionalism of ABC ultimately turned things around. Effective communication, quality workmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference, leaving us with windows that not only look great but are energy efficient and should last for years."

"One of my large second story double-pane windows ended up cracking several years after installation. Alex and Sandro did a fantastic job replacing it. The warranty service on the windows is amazing. I had another window last year that had a piece break off on the outside surrounding. They replaced the entire window free of charge. Money well spent with this company."

"Maurice was great - didn't waste our time with sales pitches we'd already heard - and gave us a competitive price while answering any questions we may have had. The windows were ready for installation two weeks earlier than anticipated which was excellent. Mike and his installation crew were punctual and set about removing and installing windows for the whole house with minimum disruption - especially around the new carpet we had just had installed. They were respectful and addressed any concerns or questions I had along the way. They were also careful to clean up any and all debris. Mike is coming back in two weeks to replace some sashes that should have been frosted (not his fault and the problem was addressed as soon as it was realized) and has offered to caulk the inside of our living room windows as we were behind on our casing at the time of installation which is much appreciated! Windows are great and have given the house a much needed face lift!"
