"We found Olanders' here on Angie's and went to visit their showroom and see some example windows.  We chose some replacements and left feeling a lot smarter about windows.  Arthur came to our house a few days later to look at the job and give us an estimate which was emailed to us a couple of days later.  The price sounded fair and we liked the look and quality of the windows.  There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch to go for more expensive windows, just a very informative discussion about the job.  The windows had to be ordered and that took quite a while, but we were in no hurry.  The installers, Kyle and Ricky arrived right on time on the scheduled day and got to work..The installers were very professional and pointed out some interesting things regarding the installation of the old windows and why they leaked so badly.  The installation was completed that same day and looked really great.  Kyle and Ricky were very good about keeping the work clean and tidy.  A great job ! Tony arrived the next day to do the stucco repair around the new windows and he too did an excellent job. Very professional.  The stucco repair looked really great.  All-in-all an excellent job by a very good company.  Olander's will be our "window people" now. Highly recommend them. <br>"

"This process went great! When we ordered someone came out to take a look at discuss all options and was very transparent about the best options and quality compared cost. No forceful feeling of upselling if unnecessary! Then we were quoted about 12-14 weeks to come in an install given all places are on back order which is reasonable and understandable. I got a call that the doors came in early! At about 8 weeks, and they had a cancellation and could install that Friday. The installation team, Dan and Vincent were fantastic, on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything after the installation and no harm to anything in or outside of our home! Since he was replacing my screens($230), I asked for window washing estimate inside and out plus 7 sliding glass door windows to be included($65). Then he mentioned he could make my screened-in porch screens look like new($30). Total cost was $325, I thought that was a very good price. Tony took the screens with him and it took 1 week to get screens done. Tony came and washed the 8 windows plus 7 sliding glass doors, then installed the window screens. He then washed my screened-in porch screen. Tony did a fantastic job, my screen-in porch screens look just like new and window frames and window are great."
