"I was very pleased with the company. I called for an appointment and was given one two days after my call. I spoke with Andrea also known as Andie, Who answered my questions, and my concerns in a professional manner. Luis Pac. was the tech who installed my windshield. He was very professional, and answered my questions while he replaced my windshield. Both were understanding of my concerns, and were courteous and polite. Pricing was good and the installation came with a warranty on workmanship and the windshield. Did not use car insurance for the windshield replacement."

"Called Sparkle Window cleaners regarding having 8 window screens rescreened, two of which needed new frames. Tony, the owner came by 2 days later to give me estimate. Since he was replacing my screens($230), I asked for window washing estimate inside and out plus 7 sliding glass door windows to be included($65). Then he mentioned he could make my screened-in porch screens look like new($30). Total cost was $325, I thought that was a very good price. Tony took the screens with him and it took 1 week to get screens done. Tony came and washed the 8 windows plus 7 sliding glass doors, then installed the window screens. He then washed my screened-in porch screen. Tony did a fantastic job, my screen-in porch screens look just like new and window frames and window are great."

"I had two other glass companies, besides Hartman Glass, come out to give me a quote on replacing the glass and door on my 25 year old shower. Neither of the other companies put as much effort or detail into providing me the information I needed to make a decision. Tom from Hartman Glass was great! He spent time precisely measuring the space and discussed options for the finished look of the shower. We ended up agreeing on a frameless look (replacing the ugly chrome frame from the original) and it is gorgeous! The 2-man crew who installed it were polite and knowledgeable and went about their work quietly and quickly and they cleaned everything up spotlessly afterward."

"When I first spoke to the company I asked if they used OEM part and the answer was yes. They also told me the name of the part's manufacturer, which sounded like a Japanese brand (unfortunately I can't remember exactly what it was). They confirmed that this part would be the one used. So I scheduled an appointment to replace the windshield and the installer came on time. Prior to installation I asked the installer about the brand of the glass. The installer told me the glass was made by Pilkington instead of the Japanese-sounding brand that I had previously been told. He added that the car manufacturer - Mazda in this case - regularly changes their glass supplier, and that Pilkington is currently Mazda's OEM glass supplier. I am not sure whether or not this is true since I did not check, but my guess is that it's not. Anyway, I feel like they did a bait-and-switch on me, although it was partially my fault in accepting the service. <br />"
