"Highly recommend. No one likes to have their life interrupted by appliances, but if you have to Joel Callahan is the one to call - professional, courteous, and honest. Joel was running late on the job before mine and called to let me know. He was courteous and let me know what was happening as he worked on my gas stovetop. When there was a snafu, he told me possible choices if it could not be fixed. He ended up being able to repair the stove with 2 trips to my house. This is the guy to call."

"Excellent service! Tech arrived on time and while had to run off to work. Repairs were made and paid for before I even made it to the office (< 30 minutes)! Wow! Price seemed just a tad high which is why I left 4 stars instead of 5 on price and 4 stars overall. If time is valuable to you- this is a great option!"

"David was very knowledgeable, but communication was basically non-existent. We had to call several times to get a repair visit and he needed a part. We called to check in three days after he was supposed to call us with the price of the part to find out he'd already bought it and was 10 minutes from our house. Still have no idea what the part cost or what exactly he fixed, but it does appear to be working now."
