"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "It turned out very well. I found them thru a friends recommendation. They are very good. They've installed 2 units - I have 3- and they replaced 2 of them and every year they come out and service them. They service my furnaces. I see them probably 4 times a year. Their price is probably average in the market. Their price isn't high but it isn't really low either. They're probably average price. What makes them really good is their level of service. They're efficient and friendly and they explain what they're doing. They show you your broken part if you have one. They're just very good in the service aspect. They usually get back to you within half a day if you call and leave a message. Punctuality is very good."
