"Steven was absolutely awesome. He had great ideas on updating the look of the hose without breaking the bank. His crew was very responsive. Had an issue with the guys covering the dryer vent and they fixed it promptly. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. I think you will be really happy with the product and can’t beat the service."

"During a recent cold spell we had ICE form on the inside of the windows. Not just a little frost but solid ICE. When I called Thermal Windows about this issue they replied that they have had several calls during this cold spell with the same issue. They proceeded to tell me this was normal, then listed all the things I could do to reduce the amount of ice on the windows. 1- Remove window coverings ( I do not have any) 2- Reduce the humidity in the house ( currently at 31%). 3- Place a fan at each window to circulate air. These windows were installed by them, on a new construction house a little over a year ago. FROM INSTALLATION TO CUSTOMER THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY IT WAS JUST A FEW YEARS AGO. CAN NOT RECOMMEND!"

"The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They pulled our blinds, moved furniture that my wife and I couldn't, replaced 8 windows, Rehung the blinds, replaced the furniture, and cleaned everything up nicely. All in about 8 hours. Probably would have been faster but the original window installers used improper methods to attach the windows and they had to be careful to not damage the interior or exterior walls. The windows look GREAT! My wife is tickled pink at how much better the house looks, from inside and out. Our crew consisted of Ben Amato, the boss, David Smith, Trey Amato, Brad Floyd, and Greg Tyce. They were excellent, knew their stuff, were VERY careful with the demo and install, and it was very apparent that they were all about doing the very best job possible. Didn't hurt that they were friendly and funny as well. Not enough words in my vocabulary to show how much we appreciated them."
